Question about wedding registry info?

Hi ladies, I was wondering if you guys can help me with this little dilemma? I've recently had some save the date magnets printed out and some little cards with our wedding website printed on them. On the website has all the info of my wedding in addition to our registry.

Question is, should I have included my registry info on the card directly, or leave it as is, and have the guests find it on their own on the website? I always thought you don't tell anyone where your registered unless they ask you for that info. Although recently I've been invited to a few of my college friends weddings, and they included a little slip with their registry info on. Should I scrap the website cards and have new ones printed with my registry info on it?

Thanks in advance girls!

We included our wedding website on our save the date. Our registry info is on our website. I think what you did is fine.

Question about wedding registry info? - Long Island Weddings

we were surprised that people didnt really connect the website to registry info and our accommodation information. even just yesterday someone asked about our hotel block and registry and we sent STDs in September. So if you dont want to reprint you may want to just have some family members point out to those that might miss it via phone or when they talk FMIL has been helping us do that for some guests that might have missed it.

Question about wedding registry info? - Long Island Weddings

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I've actually ran into a similar problem with a few of my parents coworkers asking about our registry which was on our site, but I guess they didn't check. I've ordered a new batch of STDs since I didn't have enough the first time and will just give them the cards with our website and hope they ask our parents or relatives. I don't know what the proper etiquette is when it comes to these things so I'll just keep it subtle and let them find out themselves.

If only they just bother to type in the url and just check it out the site though grrr lol

Question about wedding registry info? - Long Island Weddings

We didn't include any of that information because we didn't think it was relevant for the wedding, only for the shower. My mom and MOH are doing everything and it's a surprise, but they did ask me in the beginning where we were registered and they just printed it on the shower invites I guess. I wouldn't stress about not putting it on the STD. I actually don't think I've ever seen it on one.
