is it too informal to just address guests by the first name, ie. jane and john doe, or should there be a title, ie. mr. and mrs. john doe?
also, how did you address close relatives (uncles, aunts, grandmas, etc) did you put just their names, or Uncle John or Aunt Jane?
lastly, i am doing postcard rsvp cards. do you know if it is okay to mail something with a graphic on the front? i think i am getting a stamp for the return address on the invitations, and wanted to use the same one for the rsvp address. . However, there is a monogram to the left of the address. does anyone know if there would be a problem?
TIA!

Re: question abut addressing invitations
Since this is a formal event you should put Mr & Mrs even for your relatives. As for the postcard questions I am not sure, sorry..maybe you can go to the post office real quick to ask

Re: question abut addressing invitations
I was told by my invite lady that it is formal so make sure you address it as such. Also she said to never use the & sign always spell out 'and' THe formal way again.
ONe more thing the inner envelope is where you write George and Melissa. THats where you can get personal and write whatever you call the people u are sending the invite to. HTH
