For the table numbers instead of the numbers from the catering hall, my FBIL's girlfriend is going to make frames and put the numbers in it. We do not want anyone to take these frames becuase they are expensive- we are getting them at cost, and they are absoutely beautiful, we want to use some of them as keepsakes and also to give to the Bridal party with there pictures in it. How do we let the guests know that they are not to take them.Fh and I were thinking a cute poem, but we cannot come up with anything. (Except- Roses are red. violets are blue, the only thing to leave this table is you, or please refrain form taking the frame! ) We do not want to do this, and we will not do this becuase it is tacky , anyone have any suggestions or poems to write out and put on the table. HELP!!!

Yikes. That's a tough one...maybe just a small note saying please do not remove this frame - but in a fancy font?

You could have someone from the band announce it. However, I think if you are really concerned, you are probably better not to use them at all.

Most places collect the table numbers before the main course? Have somone do that - I think its the best idea

either dont use them or have someone collect them after a couple of hours(people will know who there sitting with then)
