A friend of a friend is looking to get married on LI beuase her FH's fam is in NYC - but they live in Boston so she reached out to me to help her do some research.
They are doing an intercultural wedding - with an Indian ceremony and traditional (white dress) ceremony. Does anyone have any recommendations for venues that have expereince with an Indian wedding?

Talk to Yama at the sterling they do Indian weddings. They have an all inclusive desi package too. Also I think autuns in Hicksville has a location in queens pretty sure they do Indian there too!

I have seen a lot of beautiful pictures of Indian weddings taking place at the Hyatt Regency out in Hauppauge... I guess since often the weddings are large, a hotel sized ballroom can accommodate that easily. If you type in Hyatt long island wedding it takes you to a few photographers..

East Wind does a lot of Indian weddings since they can accomodate large groups in the ballroom
