I have 4.5 months to go til my wedding and we just went to our first florist last weekend. (We got engaged over New Years...) Maybe I'm super slow! But it seems fine.

I will be booking mine after tomorrow's appt with Burton's. My choice is between them and Lovin' Oven Florist. I have only been engaged since December, getting married in July!!

6 months, but if you are trying to get the best deals mixed with the best value you should def. do a year + in advance!

I did mine about a 10 months before - most florist can book multiple weddings at a time so its not a 'crunch' thing

9 months before. After I realized liweddings had a timeline for my wedding, i started using it. very very helpful!

I think I booked the florist about 6 months before. The earlier you can meet with vendors, the better. This way you have time to shop around and find someone you really like and want to work with.

i booked mine like 14 months before but i didnt know any colors do i just reserved the date and now i have colors and they are like you have to come in two months before... i havent even picked the centerpieces yet.....
