Question for all those who have had/will have ceremony at reception place...
Did you have a rehearsal? I'm waiting to speak to our priest who will perform our ceremony (which will be at the Milleridge) and I'm sure things are different for everyone and every hall...but I'm trying to see what is the norm.
And, if you didn't have a rehearsal...did you still have a rehearsal dinner?

We had a dinner but no rehersal. Our officiant gave us the processional line up at our last meeting and the catering manager at our site lined us all up. (granted there were no too many of us).

We are having a rehersal the day of - I will obviously be no part of it. We tossed around the idea of not having a rehersal dinner, however, I think for gift giving purposes and a pre celebration we are going to have one. As far as the officiant, we are meeting or speaking with him over the telephone within the next couple of weeks to finalize readings, vows, etc.

we are having a rehearsal teh day of..but separately..while Im having my pictures taken..hell go to rehersal and vice versa. It wont be soi bad..its a 5 minute rehearsal.

No official rehearsal either... my Reverend just told us where everyone will be standing, and my Banquet Mgr. will also walk us through it the morning of. Should work out just fine, I hope!
