Question for any NetBride users

So I emailed them my dress style to get a quote. I got a call today with the quote, and it's only $200 less than the dress costs at Lillette's.

What is the average discount from the internet discount gown services?

Granted the shipping is only $10, but how much will I end up paying for alterations and where would I go?!?!

Wow--I would not consider a $200 savings 'only'! Oh--but is it a wedding dress? I used them for bm dresses. I'd think for a wedding gown alterations can easily be $300, and you'd have to find a competent seamstress. PLus, don't forget, then you're storing the dress yourself until the wedding. I could have gotten my gown cheaper from netbride but wanted all the 'extras' you get from ordering at a salon (i.e., you know the seamstresses will be good, and you don't have to worry about losing the dress if your house catches fire or something!).
