I contacted the company but haven't heard back yet and I was wondering if anyone had the solution to this. We ordered our magnets and envelopes from them and instead of using labels we wanted to print directly to the envelopes. Has anyone done this and know what format or dimensions to use on WORD? Thanks for any help...
There is a setting in word that specifically says envelopes. And you can adjust the size of the envelope. I think its in when you click on 'new' it should give you an option
Thank you... After much trial and error we were able to custom set it for the envelopes
