Question for anyone whos been to Floral Terrace

Can it realllllly hold 350-375?

Looking at some back posts and one girl mentioned that there was a wedding for 300 and she was practically sitting outside the door.

when i went, there was a wedding for like 220 or something and it was really nice. didn't really think how it would look with at least another 100 people.

do they use different tables or something?

Hi!

Floral Terrace is supposed to hold up to 500...not sure how they do it! I am only having 200....

it is kinda small for that many people.

I just went to FH cousins wedding there in July and it's beautiful they had I believe about 150-175 people there and there was still room for about 10-15 more tables to be comfortable but with as many as your thinking I can't see it without people sitting in the hall.

I just went to a wedding there in August and they had about 225 people. It was just comfortable at that amount. I'm not sure how many more it could hold without seeming cramped.

I went to a wedding there a few years back if I can remember correctly they had about 250 or more. And the room did not look to packed at all. Everything was wonderful

hmmm... so with 100 more people how would it look?

My fiance is getting sick of me saying that it won't fit 350 - 375 and I am concerned that the food isn't italian enough. we are going for a tasting at some point....

But I think he is letting the ceiling affect his judgement.

UGH. Why can't he just show up at the wedding? Why does he need to give input?

another thing -

how was the cocktail hour room? any way that it could accomodate 325-350 (assuming bridal party stays with us).

i just can't imagine people getting their food!

I've never been there for a wedding, but I am getting married there and I was concerned about the cocktail room also...we are expected about 300 people. I don't know if everyone will fit comfortably in there.

ooo....a fellow 'big, fat wedding' bride.

i am so concerned. i am thinking of 'inviting' (code word for 'making') my bridal party and all their guests hang with me in the bridal suite AND having a rolling bar in there with full cocktail hour food...

that will knock off about 25 people right there. just a thought!

do you mind telling me what you got quoted? I am attempting at getting surf and turf.

were you pleased with how the cocktail hour looked? Again, concerned that it looks like TONS OF FOOD! I also need/want it very italian. I got ahold of their old cocktail menu which is all what i really want.
