Question for Burton's Brides

Question for Burton's Brides

My wedding is 12/12/09. We are having our meeting with Burton's re: the flowers this weekend (I live in CT and am very rarely on LI, and will be there this weekend, so doing it now).

Since we booked with them, some things have changes - i.e. we are now getting married at the venue, not at a church. Does anyone have pictures of a wedding held at their venue, where Burtons did the flowers? I am particularly interested in pictures of the front, where the officiant, bride and groom are.

Has anyone had Burton's make pommanders for the flower girls? Can you post pictures? Do they charge extra for this?

How long was your meeting with Burton's? I don't really know what I want, hopefully they can provide direction. At least I'm not too picky and can't be disappointed, since flowers aren't one of my items I am the most worked up about.

Thanks ladies!

Re: Question for Burton's Brides

I would say your best bet is to do a search for Burtons under 'the brides review' and see if you can see some pictures there. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I am also getting my flowers through Burtons and they have been really nice over the phone so I would suggest just calling them and asking them about the pricing details.

Re: Question for Burton's Brides

Hi! I just had my 'deciding on all the flowers' meeting with them (John) on Saturday for my wedding next month, and they have TONS of photos there to give you ideas of what they have done (including photos for ideas on ceremony decoration including candelabras, arches, aisle decorations, etc.). So if you're not totally sure, they will show you actual flowers and help you decide on what works well together.

For the pomanders, they may charge for them. We're doing them along the aisle and they were $25 each.

HTH! Good luck!
