Question for CLM brides

I have an appointment at CLM tonight to pick out the menu. For those of you who have done this how long does it take? Is a tasing included? Basically what should I expect?
Thanks

Well I did my tasting way before we even booked - the reason why we booked. You should really do the tasting before picking out the menu to make sure that you are picking the items you would want.

I would call back and ask them just to setup a tasting then you can do the picking out of the menu.

My appointment was a big 15 mins if that because i had my printed menu that they gave you with all the selections all circled and i just gave it to them.

As far as cake I had a printed out sheet of what i wanted and handed it out to them.

You tasting is done separately. I would do the tasting first, and then pick out your menu.

Our meeting was about 30 mins. We had a pretty good idea on what we wanted. They did recommend some things.

They have a book of cakes you can pick from, and about every filling imaginable.

Re: Question for CLM brides

I had gone to a tasting last year when we booked, I just didn't know if they allowed you to try the other courses. We only sampled 4 of the main entrees, only 1 of which we will be chosing. Not that they weren't good, just that they were not our taste. FH hates salmon and we were not that fond of the cheese used in the chicken cordon blue. So I was just wondering if they would let you try other dishes then.

Thanks for your replys.
