Do you think a afternoon or evening wedding (with ceremony) is better for this type of hall?
I've been there to see it during the day & at night.
During the day It may/will be a bit warmer.. there is more to see as far as telling your on the water and there is more color. $20cheaper a head too than the evening.
During night it's a bitmore elegant from the lighting outside but you really can't tell you're on the water cause it's dark. Not to mention there are some annoying blinking lights in the horizon.
It's going to the be the first weekend (Sunday afternoon/evening) in Septermber.
I'm just curious on your thoughts, if you have been to or had a afternoon or wedding there.
Some people around my office who have been there or live near by suggest the afternoon.

Re: Question for CLM Brides.....
I booked night.. I live in the next town over...So I've seen weddings during the day and some going on at night
I actually like the night.
Like you said the lighting is beautiful and you can see all the lights on the bridges and it's a beautiful view at night.
Don't get me wrong, during the day it is beautiful too, but I like the night light better.

Re: Question for CLM Brides.....
But if you do it during the day and the weather is still nice, you could probably have ceremony outside.
ANother reason I choose night, because I didn't want all the people parked at the end of the dock watching me walk down the isle .
BUT, at night, you might not be able to do yacht arrival?? I never saw that done at night
