For those of you who own co-ops do you have to have homeowners insurance or some sort of insurance for your home? If so how much is it? Thanks!

We have co-op ins. It's only about $400 a year.

Yes..about $450 or so a year.

WOW... I pay 100 a month, i guess I need to look for better insurance, but this insurance is for personal things and if anything happens in our apartment we are covered. the building has its own insurance that will cover the actual co-op
