Does your DH/FI bring his lunch or dinner to work? I've been trying to get DH to take food to work with him because we are trying to save $$$ for a house and he spends about $50-$60 a week on food at work......he tells me he can't because he can't always go back to the precint to eat....just wondering if this was true or if he was just Bull Sh*ting me.....because if he is then I need to tear into him. Thanks ladies

he is telling the truth. my dh usually isnt able to get back to eat and even if he did he did his food would more then likely be gone and eaten by someone else lol. maybe he can limit his spending and eat pizza more its cheaper.

My husband is in another unit now and is working in the precinct. If we have leftovers from a restaurant or home, once in a while he will bring it. When he was out on the road he never brought anything to work. They usually get something on the road. Most of the time he still just picks something up at work.

I get annoyed at this too. I work two jobs, and sometimes I pack up my breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for an entire day. Plus I bring my own coffee.
FH spends way too much $$ on food.

my husband wishes besides there really not supposed to take anything for free and you never know who is lurking around watching to get them in trouble
