on my calendar I have that I owe Duet a payment next week and they haven't contacted me... should i call them? i'd hate to void my contract because they didn't get paid on time. TIA!

The same thing happened to me. I called them and they told me to bring in the payment.

They didn't call me either - I was proactive and just gave them my second payment.

They emailed us when our second payment was due and we sent them a check - - I would give them a call and arrange the payment w/ them, you're going to have to pay eventually.

I would call them, I remember him saying that they do not promise to contact you (as a reminder).
