I really want nice pictures, and it's the one thing I'm willing to splurge on, but DUET's pictures seem like a really good value, plus the reviews on here are pretty good.
I guess I'm asking....
What made you decide to go with DUET?

Duet's pic by far blew away everyone else's in my opinion. They are so amazing and you firgure they would be expensive. I feel like I got the best photographer for a steal. And if you look at the individual photographers one is better than the next. They have a knack of capturing those special little moments.

Honestly, I did some pricing but knew I was going to go with them....one of my close friends went with them and her pics are amazing!! I was in her wedding and loved the photo guys - they were great.....

how would i go about picking 'a team'? look at different books at an appointment? or do i just get assigned randomly?

you get to pick your team. you can go in and look at the different books. Ask first if any of the teams are booked for your day so you don't pick one and then have to look again.

My sister had Duet for her wedding and once I saw how professional and excellent they were the day of the wedding and saw her amazing proofs and album I knew I wouldnt look anywhere else.

i feel the same way...the best photographer for a crazy low price. it's a dream how much you get for the price and the quality of the product

My friend used Duet at her wedding last year and they were just great! I also had read a ton of great reviews here. We checked out two other places and Duet offered the best value for work that was as good if not better than the other two places we went to.

i saw so many good reviews on here and they seemed to be the best priced.
when i met with eric i was very impressed with him and the work he had to show me. I think no matter who you have you will have amazing photos- but you can look through each of their books and pick!

i love their work. they take tons a pictures (1 photographer and 1 photo journalism person). plus my sister's friend used them and i love their album and video. and there reputation on this site!

I went with Duet because my Sister's friend had beautiful pictures and an album that was beyond amazing. She was very happy with the outcome. So that's why I went with them. I have never ever seen a bad review on them.
