question for ebay users

So I bought these beautiful shoes on ebay from someone in the UK. I didn't realized it at the time that they were a size 7 in UK which is a size 9 here. To make a long story short, they don't fit because I'm a size 7.
My question is: is it appropiate for me to resell them on ebay? I can't return them since they were a final sale. tia.

Absolutely! You bought them, you can do what you want with them now I've actually done this myself with things I've bought off eBay, and I don think there's anything wrong with it at all. Good luck!!

Yes!! You can totally sell them on ebay. I'm telling you its more addictive to sell things than buy things on ebay because you know that you're getting money for whatever you're selling.

you absolutely can re-sell them! You can put in your description that you bought them with the understanding that they were your size but when you got them, they weren't!
