I was just wondering.... What are you doing for music during your ceremonies? Are you hiring someone, or does the choir normally sing during the ceremony?
I'm afraid of the answer, so I haven't asked my priest yet..... Can't bear the thought of more money.......

Re: Question for Greek Brides
Right now we are trying to decided that also! I have never heard the choir at my church sing at a wedding and the next weding they will be at is on May 9th. a little to late for us to decided if we want them. or we can just have a soloist sing. i'm not sure how Holy Trinity is, but at St Pauls the organist organizes all that. more money.... i'm begining to rethink getting married in the church, between all the fees and the crowns, candles and everything else...UUGGHH the thought of it all! the best thig to do is to ask the priest. the answer might not be as bad as my answer....

I really don't know yet. We're getting married at St. Paul's in Hempstead and I still haven't called the organist I'll try to call this week and let you know what she tells me.

Re: Question for Greek Brides
Marcella- I am also getting married there. I spoke to the organist and she is very nice. For that church you can have either the entire choir or just a soloist. HAve you heard the choir sing for a wedding?
