I booked with Wingate and I found them to be the most reasonable. They quoted me $130 and I thought that was pretty good. They have breakfast every day and I thought it looked pretty nice...it's not the Sheraton, but I liked that they included the shuttle with 10 rooms. I'm only booking that one hotel so I'll definitely be able to fill that. Rachel was very nice. If anyone has any questions, let me know!!

I am not a Larkfield bride, but my sister was one. She used the Sheraton in Hauppauge. It was really great and not far at all.They had a shuttle, and kept the bar open later for us to have an after party. The beds are also extremely comfortable. They have some sort of pillow top thing going on. I swear it was the best nights sleep I ever had!

the shuttle is key for me. im going to have to block probably around 20 rooms. holiday inn express told me they will no longer be offering the free shuttle next august so that really bummed me out.
sheraton also told me they didnt offer a shuttle, only to airports and train stations. They quoted me at $139
I have to call wingate though. price is cheaper than sheraton AND they have a shuttle? thats great news!

I was really happy with Wingate!! I went ot Sheraton too, but they did not have a shuttle. They said they used to, but not anymore. that's why I went with Wingate...that's what swayed me!! But ask for Rachel, she has been great to work with!! Good Luck!

We booked the same hotel and it was like $159 for us! I am not sure why ours would be $20 more but even still I think it is a reasonable price considering it includes a shuttle. The woman also told us that they would take people to the LIRR the next day if need be!

Maybe that is why it is cheaper? It could also have something to do with the time of year? I would think if anything May would have been cheaper because it's before memorial day but who knows!
