We were told that you must pay 2/3 of the price of the dinners for the vendors...did anyone get their price reduced. It seems like a lot. Most other halls only charge half.

That is a good question. I really don't know. I hadn't heard about this elsewhere so I assumed they counted just a everyone else (the guests) in the room.

That does seem a bit expensive. Is that including recommended vendors? They seemed pretty reasonable to me, maybe you can talk to them about it, see if they'll drop the price a bit.
