The form on the website confuses me. I'm pretty sure we don't have a montage, so what do I do?

The montage was automatically included, and we didn't want it, so we talked to them and they are comping us some extra prints. Without the montage, the form just needs your contact info, and the names of the three songs you'd need - one for prep, one for the video shot while your photos were being taken, and one for the highlight reel.

its actually not automatically included. our package which was the second highest didnt include they told us but we fought for it and got it lol

Yeah?? Ugh. It wasn't written into our contract, I guess it was just part of that level of the package. I wish we realized! We'd paid in full before we realized that (and the signing board enlargement, which was in our contract, we're just dumb), so we'll just get some extra prints I suppose!

I printed the form from their website and filled it out then mailed it with a CD with the songs we picked and the photos for our montage. With a note that asked them to email or call when they received it so I knew they got it and it worked.
