If you have an early reception at CLM (1:30pm-6:30 pm) when do they let you set up your personal items like your guest book, place cards etc. Will they let you come in the night before after the last evening wedding on a Friday? When do they let your other vendors set up? I forgot to aks LOU this on my visit.
Is anyone going to the tasting this Wednesday August 30? I can't wait to taste the food!

They set all that stuff up for me. As long as you give them directions, they do it all

YEP! THey were wonderful--everything was PERFECT!
The vendors, it depends on what else is going on...my vendors called them and found out when they could set up---it varied. My poor florist had 15 min to do both the main room and cocktail hour room (there was a wedding right before ours)---she rocked though--everything was WONDERFUL!

i dropped it off a few nights before with instructions on how to et it up and it was perfect!

We just went in earlier in the day. My vendors did the same. I was the first wedding of the day though so there was no problem.
