How far in advance before your wedding did you go to finalize your menu and pick out your cake?
Also, do they decorate the cocktail hour tables?

We are going this coming Tuesday for our tasting and possibly pick out linens and cake (our wedding is in the beginning of July). I don't think they decorate the cocktail hour tables. We are going to use the flowers from our ceremony (we are getting married at the Swan Club) for our cocktail hour. Maybe we'll put the flowers on some tables and/or the bar. I've been to weddings and have seen no flowers on the cocktail hour tables.
