question for teachers
ok so although i just got a full time, permanent job, its actually a .8 at a private school, so the pay is significantly less..
my question is this:
if i apply for jobs for the 2010-2011 school year, if hired what step would i be at?
i had an internship last year, and i just got my trs papers..it says that as of june of this year, i have 1 year, 2 months service..this doesn't include the 2009-2010 school year
would i be hired at step 1, 2, or 3?
