Are the syptoms the same when your Pregnant then when AF is coming??

sometimes they are....
I had cramps WAY before AF was due, then I started feeling tired, like I'd wake up at 8:30am for work, get to work at 10am, then felt like I was going to fall asleep at 1:30, and then I'd be in bed around 9pm!!!
Also, the cramps were different. I also got very bloated in the abdomen area. I was also EXTREMELY emotional. The sore boobies didn't start until about 9 weeks along

I was very gassy...before I got the BFP and after...
After the BFP..I was eating alot of healthy things...yogurt, fruits, veggies...so that kind of added to the gas.

I don't get PMS, don't hate me....so I can't compare really.
I am almost 6 weeks now, and the only thing I have noticed is gas, and I am always HUNGRY!!! That's it so far....

I was crampy, my boobs were really sore, and I was just plain exhausted! I knew I was PG before I got my BFP.

My boobs were sore, I was moody and I had little cramps.... oh! and I felt very tired... I'm still feeling exhausted.

I also have been getting headaches and the cramps are still there. But the headaches could be sinus headaches
I HATE THIS I know that AF will probably come

We understand...we all want it bad. Everyone says stress won't help when you're TTC but ...its hard not to stress. Good luck to you and lots of baby dust!

I felt like AF was coming because I had really bad PMS sympoms, worse than usual. SERIOUS bloating (I think I gained 5lbs the week before AF was due!), and I felt really crampy...and, very, very hungry.

I was overly hungry and so sleepy. My chest was sore and swollen and my head was killing me. I also was queasy and bloated when I ate.

For me, absolutely. I had all the typical AF symptoms for me: the 3 day headache, crampiness (a tiny bit more than usual), moodiness, tiredness, etc (no sore boobs yet though, that came much later and that's not a typical AF symptom for me)...to the point that I kept running to the bathroom armed with tampon in hand...but AF never came.

OMG Sandra I've been having that same 3 day headache too> And sometimes it's really BAD. Then I take meds and it goes away, but comes back again. Tonight I was at a Christening and all of a sudden I got SO lightheaded I had to go outside!!And I'm bloated too, like AF is coming, but I don't want it to
So what do you think

Pretty much so. I had some cramping and my boobs KILLED me (moreso than when AF was coming).

It's different for everyone, and it's different from one pregnancy to the next. For me, the cycle I got pregnant I felt less pregnant than I had for the couple of months before. In retrospect, the possible symptoms I might have noticed were mild cramping the day or two before AF would have been due, and increased discharge for the week before that.
