How did you get them to the reception hall? Bin? Box?
It was SUCH a pain, and we only did about 20 for the hotel rooms. We put them in cardboard boxes, but it took a lot of boxes b/c you can't really stack them. if there's any way you can assemble them there, I'd do that. Good luck!
we are doing bags but plan on dropping off all the supplies to my FMIL staying in the hotel two nights before.... We currently have 3 giant bins filled with pumpkins and menus etc in our living room ugh
we did the gable boxes for all of our OOT guests and dropped them off at the hotels. but we blocked rooms at 3 hotels and probably needed to drop off 5 at each hotel (15 total) but sometimes when you go to COSTCO them have the bottoms of boxes when they pack your shopping cart -- those may be easiest to pack the gable boxes in to transport.
