Question for those attending weddings this weekend?

What are you wearing?

I know this sounds stupid, but my aunt is making me self conscious.

I am wearing a black halter dress with a low back and flounce bottom it stops a little below my knees.
I have these beautiful satin high heeled sandals strappy with a rhinestone buckle.

I have fancy jewelry to complete the look.

My aunt says that I may look hoochie if I do not wear pantyhose. The shoes are open toe, i cannot wear hose. It is a Sat night wedding.

Thoughts???

Went to a wedding Sat, and wore open toe shoes with no pantyhose... a lot of people were. And the dress sounds beautiful! There were people with bright dresses and black at the one i was at. ANything goes!

no hose, only lotion! I use the shimmer lotions they make your legs look really smooth that way, almost like how panythose would!

Please don't wear pantyhose with sandals. Unless your aunt is Donna Karen, don't take her advise. I can't image what you're wearing as 'hookerish', it sounds pretty.

I might wear a 3/4 length black skirt w/ open toed heels for a May wedding with NO HOSE!!!! Uggh, I hate open toed shoes w/ hose. You'll look fine.

I even tried thoe 'no toes hose' that you can wear with open toes, but it looked even worse b/c my toes were whiter than my legs!
