Question for those who KNEW about their shower....

Question for those who KNEW about their shower....

I know when mine is, but I have not let on that I know (actually only 2 people know). In general I dress VERY casual, like jeans and tee shirts, how can I dress nicely w/o giving away that I know about the shower? And what doens't help is that no one has pretended that there is something else going on, no decoy 'party', so I am not sure how they will 'get' me to the party!!!!

I wore jeans and a sweater. There is no way to dress nicely. Give your someone who will def. be there an outifit and tell her to bring it with her, and you can change.

There was no decoy party for me either, but I dressed up anyway. I confessed that I knew but you can just say that FI was taking you to a nice restaurant.

this is what i did. but in general, i'm always 'dressed up' (i don't own any jeans) so me being in black pants and and a nice blouse wasn't strange to anyone.

If you don't want them to know you know, dress up here and there the weekend or two before the shower to be prepared just in case!

It's funny, I know when mine is and where it is (I helped to coordinate my OOT BP) and this weekend I was telling my mom that my FH and I were planning a trip to Mexico in October. She had this panicked look on her face and then was like oh, you know!
