Question for those who mailed and invitation to Italy?

I need help! What is the Proper way to right the Address? I am sending several to Sicily and my FH family have given me three different ways to right it!
Anyone know the proper way?

not sure what you mean. do you mean the address? or titles? We wrote everthing out in English. So, we used 'Mr. and Mrs. Antonio Barrone'
