Question for those who went to Tahiti and those who are going.......

What kind of clothes should I pack to wear during the day and at night? I'm going th end of June-beg of July and I've been told its very casual. Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated. I want to start shopping for outfits!

we're going to tahiti!!! i can't wait! we're actually taking a cruise and were told for island excursions that dress is super-casual - swimsuits with cover-ups were the norm!!



edited to say: i can't see night time being too formal, but honestly, we're eating all of our meals on the ship so i don't know for sure.
