Question for us 07ers..........

This question is stemming from the crazy 06ers announcing all their pregnancies.......

but - Who on her e thinks they'll be pregnant soon after the wedding??

For me - I DEFINITELY will NOT be!! I am staying far away from whatever it is that they are drinking!!! I am going to wait at least 5 years before having kids!

I hope this doesn't offend anyone - I was just curious!

Agreed! I'd say 5, maybe even 10 years before any kids arrive

I put maybe.... I would like to wait a year or two so we have some alone time together, but as my mom says, 'whatever god brings.' i would be completely okay if i pregnant right away.

We will probably wait at least two years... although not by choice... I need to finish my residency and we need to figure out where are we going to finally settle down (MIA or Tampa or CA or NC or MD........ )

FH and I had the talk a few days ago. I wanted to wait 5 years from now and he wants to wait 2 years from now since he wants one before hes 30. so i gave in. i figure i'll have them eventually and hear its easier to bounce back when your younger. so well be ttc after our 1 year anniversary.

I will prob. wait 1-2yrs before popping out the kids...but if God blesses me earlier than that..I will be ok with it too

I say now that I want to wait about 6 mos after we are married, but i know we are going to want a HM baby once we get married!!! we have baby fever!!!! BIGTIME! I am also 31 so I have to start pretty soon!

Well, If it was up to me I'd get pregnant RIGHT AWAY!!! (Like the night of the wedding...lol) HOWEVER, sincer I am a non tenured teacher, I feel like I should hold out until 2008 when I get my tenure...I could safely get pregnant April/May of 2008 and then just announce it in Septbember when I get the tenure....lol so I guess we shall see what happens....

If possible we may TTC in summer/fall 2008 or 2009. I had baby fever for the past year or so but right now I know we're not in the place to have kids. We need to work on our careers, possibly get a house or condo and I'd like to travel some before we have kids. We have been together almost 9 years so hopefully we'll have kids before our 15 year anniversary!

No kids for us! at least thats the plan ive been anti kid since i was 6 (yes i hated kids as a kid)...
i love others kids (like friends, families)... but strangers uggggg.... i like getting my friends kids for a few hours... sugar them up, spoil them.. then send them back to mommy.. my goal is the cool aunt.. cool mom prolly not gonna happen...
All you moms out there i give you much respect and kudos.. one kid drains the life out of me after 2 hours max... you are very patient and should be considered for saint hood!

I definately am NOT planning on that happening for at least a few years after marriage. I want some newly-wed years alone first. Plus, I work with first graders right now, so I have 14 children already, except I get to send them home every day

We plan to try our HM night. If were up to him, we'll try every night thereafter, LOL. I'll be 30 right after the wedding, so my clock is ticking...
