question for WW girls

I have been using the pocket guide to help to figure out the points but in the first column it ask for the dietary fiber then second column is the calories. What if the item doesn't say anything about dietery fiber at all on the nutritionals? Do I assume its 0?

Thanks for your help!!!

Another question: I have been having a hard time getting in the amount of points that I need daily. I am usually short by about 10 points a day but I am so full and I can't eat anymore. I think my body got used to how I was eating before when I tried to diet on my own. Did anyone have this problem??

If it is less than 1g or if it's not mentioned, it's 0

I cant help much with the second question because I eat well under the amount of points I'm supposed to eat...i'm just not hungry. But you have to make sure you'll following the good health guidelines and getting all the nutrients and stuff you need.
I dont do that though..im bad i dont follow WW completely

Even when you lost the 60 lbs...did you eat under the amt of points for the day?

Sometimes I ate the amount of points, sometimes I didn't. I never use my 35 weekly points.

Eat less of the fat free and low fat stuff and more of the full fat stuff. That way you have the same volume of food, but you're taking in more calories (i.e. points). Whole milk instead of skim, full fat yogurt, etc.

Also make sure you're getting in your good health guidelines everyday.

Wow! I never have a problem using all of my points! Or my bonus points! I use all of them every week.

I would try incorporating fuller fattening food into your diet. I am sure it is healthier than all of that processed food that makes in low in fat.
