question for you girls!

are any of you giving out party hats, glow sticks etc from dj during reception and if so which ones? I have no idea if we should or not?

i didnt want to but FH's 1st cousins are invited and some range from 7-15 in age so I thought it might be ok. i cant decide

No. I'm not doing any give aways. In my opinion, I feel its tacky but that's jmo. But I've seen many parties where everyone gets into it and have a blast! Please don't take offense.

We're not.. My personal opinion is that they are more for a sweet 16 or even a 'wild' 40th bash... we wanted our atmosphere to be a little more elegant so we avoided them.

also, If we had more of a guest list that is inclined to sit rather than be up on the dance floor, they may be useful to help the party 'get going', but our guest need no inspiration except the booze!
