Question for you WW folks

I hope you don't mind me asking or you answering, but I was wondering how much it costs? And is it worth it? I am thinking about seeing a dietician because I am having a REALLY hard time losing weight. Any suggestions?

WW is $9.95/week for meetings, and I TOTALLY think it's worth it. I've lost a lot of weight, around 22 pounds on WW. And it's coming off at a nice steady rate, so that it is more likely to stay off.

I do WW online (no meetings). $59.95/first 3 months, then $15/month. I work full-time and am in grad school, so I don't really have time for the meetings.

I think it's worth it as long as you look at it as a lifestyle change. WW is good bc it makes you think about what you are eating. And you will start to think twice about certain foods bc you don't think it's worth the points.

If you do it online- here is a trick to save another $10 on the first 3 months:

Start the registration process. Then, exit out of the registration screen. A little window will pop up that says that if you register, it is $10 less. Then, go back and register and the price for 3 months will magically say $49.95.

I used to go to meetings but I was getting bored. In NYC, they are $11.95. I just started doing the online program- so far, I like it. It's kind of fun entering the points into the computer but you need to have a computer around all the time so you remember to update it after each meal!
