Just passing through and I wanted to ask (since I am a Rookie in this LIW game) how far in advance did you block your OOT rooms and bridal suite at popular hotels like the Wingate Inn?

hey PJ! I did mine about 10 months in advance because I had ALOT of OOT guests coming. Most hotels wont take reservations more than a year out.

I booked about a year in advance. You usually cant book before a year, but once that one year mark hit I was on the phone with the hotels

I actually just did it last week (7 months before). But, I would book at the one year mark if you really want a certain hotel.

I am trying to do this now - one year out. I called one hotel that still won't have rates for at least another couple of weeks.
