I told her last night...it's Biotin...look for a hair, skin and nails combo vitamin....why does she not believe me?!

My hairdresser told me Biotin is good.
I heard Vitamin E as well.

Any prenatal will work, and you don't need a scrip, they sell them OTC just like any other vitamin. They work wonders.
