NOW ITS JUST 1 BIG MESS & I FEEL SO BAD.... CRYING IS NOT A OPTION AT THIS POINT.....

I KNOW THEY DIDNT PUT IT ON THE CONTRACT; WHICH ROOM SHE HAD, BUT IN THERE BOOKS.....THE SAD THING IS THAT SHE NEVER SAW THE OTHER ROOM, BECAUSE THE OTHER BRIDE HAD IT.....

PLEASE INPUT.......I KEEP TELLING HER IT WILL BE BEAUTFUL WHAT EVER ROOM YOU HAVE....

What would they have done if both girls had large guests lists? That's horrible.

Ahhh the rooms!!! FH and I had this discussion with them before we booked. They don't actually tell you unless you ask the right questions. Basically you book the time slot with Villa's. It does $uck but we were told to make sure we were happy with either room because though they do 'usually' specify the room with the time you choose there is that possibily that this may happen. I am sorry that you friend is going through this. Both rooms are beautiful. And acutally if she's having a vienesse hour it may benifit her to have the smaller room because they set that up in the cocktail hour room. FM me for more details

thats terrible!! that kind of thing should be on your contract! But if its not, I don't think there is anything she can do about it.

Your absolutely right - that is horrible!!! But I don't know if their is much she can do about it if that is something that they don't put in your contract. But someone posted before that the rooms are exactly the same, so at least she will like the room. I am sorry that this happened .

Re: QUESTION: HALLS

WELL I JUST GOT THE PHONE WITH HER & THEY ARE JUST GIVING HER THE RUN-AROUND....4 WEEKS BEFORE.....

I THINK THEY SHOULD JUST GIVE HER SOMETHING; NOT PAY FOR EXTRA HOUR OR V/HOUR; WHICH SHE IS HAVING BOTH OPTIONS....

I BELIEVE THAT IF EVERY BRIDE GOES WITH THEM; MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ROOM YOU WANT.....

This is correct. But if you dont have x amount of people for the larger room they leave the wall closed (so it is the same size as the other room) and you loose the fireplace. The bigger room is only 'bigger' if you guarentee so many people.
But I do agree, they both are identical and both rooms are gorgeous.

Re: QUESTION: HALLS

That is so unfair and very unprofessional. How do you tell someone just a few weeks prior to their wedding that they are getting another room. I would look into that and have them compenste me in someway.
