i bought the signature frame instead of a guestbook, but i have no idea what type of pen the guests are supposed to use to write on it- does anyone know?

i would think any type that will write on the matte....

You need an acid free pen, which you can buy at a craft store. If the surface is glossy you may ahve to take that into account too, but it really shouldn;t be.
