Question here!

So I've been looking at some of the bridal shower pic's looking for dress idea's and what not and I've been noticing that FH is in a lot of the pic's with their future bride.
Is this common, does the groom go to the bridal shower?
I thought it was just for women!

Usually it's the FH that brings you to the location and then he usually comes later to say hello to everyone and help load up the car!! LOL... it's really up to you guys though. There are no rules.

I know my FH and I know he would NOT come to the bridal shower. He would probably drop me off and just come back at the end to load up the car......but he would not stay for the whole thing!

I was going to say the same thing. i've seen FH's either come at the beginning or the end, or usually both!

My understanding is the same as yours....but you are absolutely right, there really are no rules, it's the beauty of it being our wedding and shower. We get to do what we want.

my fh brought me to shower then he hello to everyone. We had a trivia game and he had to answer a game to see if he matched with mine. then he came back and loaded the car.

I wouldnt mind if FH stayed during my shower.. however i think i would die if i opened up a sexy teddy or something with him there in front of our families.. in fact I KNOW he would die..

He'll probably come for a little bit in the beginning and again towards the end.

Generally fh will be the person to get you to y our shower and stay for a few minutes to say hello. In my family the men usually get together and hit a pub during the shower then they come back to pick up and help pack up the gifts.

DH had no idea what to do for the shower, other than being my taxi for the day. he literally dropped me off on the curb while he went to 'look for parking' even though there was a parking lot. anyway, he did come near the end, had dessert, said hi to everyone, then loaded the car. but he was there long enough to say take pics w/ everyone too.

usually the groom either brings you to the location or stops by at the end to thank everyone and load up the car. They dont usually stay the whole time.
