so i won the colonic at TWOTY, and while i really want to do it, am kind of scared. has anyone ever had one before? i feel like it might be really uncomfortable.

That's what I figured, but somehow the word colonic takes me to a bad place.
BTW, I forgot to mention, the colonic is for me and FH. Not sure if I want to go that route with him pre marriage.

well i never had one but I was reading about it online and it says that you will feel a little discomfort in your lower stomach but nothing that painful

way TMI especially for a newbie j/k BUT- Ive been to cleansing concepts. The Lady who runs it is named Vanessa- she is awesome- young too like most of our age thats on these boards. It was frightening and a little awkward going but it really isnt that bad and the girls very down to earth, the next day you will be happy you went. Ive had stomach issues for the last 5 years and had my gallbladder taken out in june but I havent fealt good till after I went there in dec. Hope that helps with anyone deiciding whether to go
