Question of my fellow Graphic Designers

pdfs really dont have a resolution... when you open them up in Photoshop, you can choose your resolution then... however, when you create the pdf through acrobat, you can choose the quality of the pdf through some of the options...

does that make sense?

I makes sense. One of my clients wants to know if this PDF he send me is a good quality resolution for print. When I open it up in Photoshop and choose 300dpi resolution, it winds up looking like crap. So I guess I answered my own question (NO!)
