It happens for me when he comes behind me when I am washing dishes and hugs me and says something sweet. I know its dumb but I love it...
(Actually even better is when he DOES the dishes just kidding.)

My FH recently came home with a little tiny rubber stamp set that included cat footprints and a cat picture... and a little container of different colored mini pens... he knows how much I love pens and cats!!!

mine leaves me a sweet voicemail message occasionally very early in the a.m. so that its the first thing i hear when i get to work - makes my day

he has the ability to just KNOW what i'm craving and surprise me with it. like if i say to myself 'man i wish he would bring me a mickey d's breakfast meal when he drops by my office today' magically he'll come in and be like 'I figured you might want something different for breakfast' and VOILA! he comes with exactly what i want. it's like he always know what i want without me saying it--and i love that.
or when i'm sick and he goes out of his way to get me chicken soup and ginger ale (my standards when i'm ill) and cuddles with me until i fall asleep. reminds me of why i am marrying him and how much i love him.
[sorry this is getting sappy--but my FH just left for a 9 day vacation this morning, and i'm a little sad!]

WOW, I was going to say the same exact thing...as I was reading the first line I was thinking what you wrote in the next paragraph WORD FOR WORD
You read my mind!!...It's true my DH does the same thing and every time he does I just melt!!!!!

i called him today because i am having a rought day at work- and feeling pressure to do deals... he made me laugh in about 2 seconds then he offeref to pick up dinner so i dont have to cook

So many but the other day we were talking and DH hates unions and I was like you know I might be in a union one day and he said 'Well you are the most important thing in my life so then I would support it (union)'

Every single day he wakes me up by rubbing my back until I open my eyes. I just lay there and think how lucky I am.

when he makes me laugh...
lately, he's been sticking out his stomach like he's pregnant, and making the muscles contract so it's like the baby's kicking and we have this fake 'parental' moment.
Or he imitates the character, Hammy, in that new movie 'Over the Hedge' and keeps repeating, in this cute little voice with a little boy look in his eyes, 'I said I liked the cookie!'. It's an inside thing with us, but I LOVE it!

Mine leaves me cute post it notes , every day no matter where , i find one, could be in my make up bag, my lunch bag, my car, the vanity in the bath, on the coffee pot,, Eevry day I have a not to be found, it could simply say , Hi baby girl, or I luv u,, But a days doesnt go by that I dont get a lil note,,

I seem to fall asleep every single night on the couch while watching TV. So around the time he's getting ready to go to sleep, he'll wake me up so I can go to bed too.

FH leaves notes on my pillow with a hershey kiss on top so when I get home from work I have alittle surprise.
Just to explain alittle more...FH is a big candy eater so we are stocked with candy all the time..

The other day i had a migraine and he made me an egg and brought it to the bed for me. Then he washed the pan!! That almost never happens.
