Question of the Day (Saturday)

What kind of theme are you having for your wedding and why???

We are having a beachy theme, b/c we both love the beach!
He also asked me to marry him at robert moses beach like 2 1/2 years ago w/out no ring (in the sand) and promised one day he will get me a ring!

who knows...my theme has change 89080 times already lol..i dont think ill be having a theme. just sticking to the same colors throughout

I don't think we are really having a theme. I mean our RH is on the water so I want sailboat place card holders and I'm having lanterns on the table but that's about it and then we are basically sticking to the color blue so I'm not really sure if that's considered a theme.

i originally wanted a beach/lighthouse theme bc thats how he proposed, but thats not going to happen so i dunno. i'll prob. change my mind million of times.

I dont know how theme-y we'll get but I want fall colors, brown bm dresses and possibly pumpkins as part of the centerpieces. Oh yeah and probably fallish invites. So I guess I have a theme, huh?

We are having a NY Mets/baseball theme bc we are huge Mets fan and I just love the part in 'A League of Their Own' when one of the girls gets married and her bridesmaids are holding the bats like an arch and the bride walks under it. I love it!!

def want to get married on the beach, but i don't like the idea of something that's too theme-y. i want to do the startfish thing, but the rest of my ideas for the wedding involve pearls (sort of beachy) and an overall bohemian ribbons and daisies thing. i guess i want it to be raw like the beach, just not hokey.

I guess the only 'theme' we are trying to have is a summery but elegant theme + our colors which are summery.

Our theme is Halloween....because we are getting married on Halloween and we both love it...we are doing a masquerade theme so that it is still very fancy and elegant!!!!

We're thinking of doing a winter/snowflake them and try to combine it with a romantic destinations theme --- we're still working out the kinks

My theme is diamonds and ice. There will be lots of glitz and glam for decor.. Since we'll be an older wedded couple.. me 36 him 40, we feel like it's more appropriate, something for the 'grown and sexy'

We are probably having a late October/early November wedding, so our theme will be very fall-like. I want a deep red bridesmaid dress. And deep red, orange, and brown colored flowers.
