Will you have your MOH and BM make speeches at your wedding or just your BM?
I have two MOHS so I'll have both of them and the BM.

i have a matron (FH's sister) AND a maid of honor..something tells me they will both give very long speeches

I guess it depends on hom my sister feels about it...if she wants to give a speech that is fine, if not thats fine too

The BM and MOH. I will force my sister to do one (she's the MOH) even if she doesn't want to. Not to brag but my toast at her wedding kicked ***, especially since the BM hadn't prepared anything and stumbled over his words during his 1 minute toasts. My toast was like 5 minutes long and got most of the room crying.

i want both the MOH and BM to make a speech.. and i know it will be funny becuase fh's BM studders a lot.. and he knows it.. and his family always laughs, cuz u cant understand him... he laughs along with it too...

I've been waiting for the Q of the day!
I think the Best Man and MOH will make speaches at my wedding. My sister is my MOH and I was her MOH at her wedding. I gave a speach at her wedding and there was not a dry eye in the room. I can't wait to hear my sister's speach, it's going to make me bawl.

I won't force anyone too. If you do that you risk having someone give a speech that might end up awkward sounding or forced.
Plus if my MOH or the BM is nervous about public-speaking, forcing them to give a speech will just make them nervous and worried the whole day, and that's not right..they should enjoy the wedding and be calm enough to help me when i need it

Def. my MOH but not sure about BM...it is FH younger brother and he is shy so we will leave it up to him.

We have two MOH's and two BM and all are making speechs but I'm asking everyone to keep it short & sweet!
