What's your WORST fear of getting married?

What's your WORST fear of getting married?

Definitely having to adjust myself to FH's style of living (very clean and orderly) and plus having to cook, clean, and do things I don't want to (like do laundry more than once every two weeks!)....

What about you all?

being broke and hungry with no place to live. (we both still live at home and are paying for school)

I agree with everything Leese said, add to that living away from family, and since he will probably be a career Navy man, moving from place to place.

No marriage fears - I guess I'm lucky! We already live together so those domestic issues have been sorted out ages ago - - plus I love to cook and keep house .

i don't have any fears. we live together already. if we were broke we would find a way to get out of our situation. i am absolutely sure we will spend the rest of our lives together. there will be ups & downs but we are in it for the long haul.

having no money and never being able to afford a house on li

okay really the worst would have to be moving in with his parents i really dont want to do this at the beginning of our marriage.

Basically just adjusting to married life & seeing each other everyday...Right now we only see each other on the weekends...I think it will be great to see him every morning & night but it will take some time to get use to!

Another is affording the mortgage payments...Luckily FH has a wonderful job & all, but it is still scary!

My biggest scare/worry is not beingable to get a house. They are SO expensive
and I need to stay on LI for my job and for our family. I would hate to have to leave because I couldnt find one and afford it.
Plus, I want to have a child soon.
I need the house 1st! Oh and my 1st yr of marriage is scary. I hear its the toughest.

MONEY:
everything is so expensive..
cost of living is going up and up
salary stays the same

What's your WORST fear of getting married?

finding a place to live and having enough $$ to pay the bills each month. we don't live extragently, but some months are harder then others.

money...without a doubt...not that we won't be ok...I know we will but theres just never enough of it...esp when we're trying to find a place to live, pay for the wedding, pay for school...ugh...

I don't have any fears yet....I'm guess I could be afraid that things would change between us, although other than living together I don't think they will.
