My FH had my engagement ring custom made for me. We are going back to the same place to have a matching band made. Now I'm afraid I might have to leave my e-ring to have it fitted with the band
Does anyone know, do they usually need to keep the e-ring to custom make a band to fit

My E- ring was also custon made. I didn't have to leave it for them to make a band. It was they're creation so I guess they just knew how to make it. So don't worry.

Mine ring was also custom made. I had to leave my ring with the jeweler for a few hours so they could get an accurate measurement of the baquettes.
