Okay so if I were to do hot chocolate and a mug would I have to do 1 per guest or 1 per couple....Im thinking per guest?

This favor deciding thing is one of the HARDEST parts of the whole wedding thing!!!!!!!!

I think one per couple is good enough...but it totally depends your budget and stuff!
