Question on flowers....

Question on flowers....

I have a quick question. Can you get flowers for your bo-k that are out of season? I always wanted hydrangea, lilac, roses and lily of the valley, but when I talked to the florists out of state, they said that most of those flowers are not in season for fall. and that they cannot get them. I asked about tulips. Again same story. Is it just that you can get anything in NY 'for a price' or am I just asking the impossible?

Sometimes you can-it just depends on whether the florist can get them and $
Normally if you want a flower that is out of season it costs you more b/c they are specially ordered.

Just ask your florist-they will tell you whether or not they can definitely do it-and then you can decide whether its worth it to you

Was wondering the same thing because I really wanted Peonies, but my wedding is in late July!

Like Peg said, you can get anything but it'll cost more. They'll have to be flown in from somewhere where they are in bloom.
