Question on flowers....

I have a quick question. Can you get flowers for your bo-k that are out of season? I always wanted hydrangea, lilac, roses and lily of the valley, but when I talked to the florists out of state, they said that most of those flowers are not in season for fall. and that they cannot get them. I asked about tulips. Again same story. Is it just that you can get anything in NY 'for a price' or am I just asking the impossible?

Even if they are out of season here, they may be in season somewhere else. Don't know about those flowers specifically, but sometimes they can import them from like, South America and places like that.....you'll pay out the asss for it but it may be possible. Good Luck!
