Question on Invite Wording

Please help!!

Am trying to get together the final wording for my wedding invites and am getting stuck on two things:

1. Our wedding starts at 6:15 in the evening..how do you elegantly put that? Six-fifteen o'clock? Six-fifteen in the evening? Quarter past six in the evening??

2. Do you put the full address of the reception hall (we're getting married in the same place as the reception) on the invite or just leave it as name, city, state??

I would do name, city state.. You'll be including directions right?

I would put
